When a side by side development opportunity came up for our clients in Rye on Melbourne's Mornington Peninsula, we were charged with designing two unique but simple beach houses. One for immediate build for the owners family to occupy while they built the second.

The result, immediate turn over of the first home, and the second selling from the plans before construction even began. A great result from two beautiful homes.
